Many automatic updates failed this year. I had to download your big patch file to correct the problems. This just takes extra time, and not like the former years, and I've been with you as far back as you go.

Problem Starting

I had a problem getting started. As I have done over many years, I had purchased TurboTax to run on my computer. However I did not download it when the email arrived with the download instructions. At a later time a started my tax preparation logging into intuit and was directed onto your online version. After filling in a few forms I realized I was in the wrong place and I went back, found the download email and went on from there. I would have expected a notice from your website that I should use the purchased version.

Tax on OID bonds

I like the product, but have issues with dealing with OIDs. Turbo tax does not look at the combined 1099s sent from the brokerages and for some reason figure out what state they are from when the state is in the name of the bond. Needs attention!

Still a great app

Still a great program but has gotten quirky e.g. on the Income side when an option is chosen the screen jumps back to the head of the list and a scroll down is required--a nit but irritating.

As always, Turbo Tax was easy to use. All info that I needed to file my Taxes was there. That's why I continue to use it. Great product!
