Use TurboTax for Filing Your Taxes

TurboTax is relatively easy to use and file. I will have an accountant review the finished product as an extra layer of accuracy. (I don't expect any changes)

help assistant is useless

I have used for 10 years+. Ability to download investments from major firms is good. smaller firms like credit unions should be added. Help assistant is dumber than a box of rocks. In this new era of AI, Intuit should be embarrassed how bad the digital assistant is. I know you want to sell additional services but making the digital assistant stupid in not a good way to market upgrades. Should be able to add forms into the return for manual entry even if not supported. eg Form 8997 for investors paying for premier

Online advice from other users of your program saved me. Doing the edownload of your program to my Mac was such a difficult challenge. And not being able to choose what I wanted to print from my completed return was unbelievable. Again, online advice guided me to save my return as a PDF in order to print ANYTHING, and not all supporting worksheets were even available there to print. You should have provided a patch or update to improve the printing process. Many users were complaining.
