Don't know what you want me to say.

We have paid for the software but you want to charge us another $40 processing fee to get our refund deposited in our checking account. I feel that is double dipping. You don't tell us that anywhere until we are ready to file our taxes. You should let us know about that in the sales literature if you want to be above board with your customers. That way we can decide whether buying your software is worth it or not. At least we can make an informed decision.
Also the "apply my refund to next year taxes" should be an option on the same page with direct deposit. It was hard finding where the "apply my refund to next year taxes" was located in the program. Even when you go to your "help" it didn't really help because we couldn't locate where it said to go. In other words your directions were not clear or accurate!!!

IT IS GETTING HARDER TO USE EVEY YEAR, MAY HAVE TO START GOING TO A TAX GUY. WE SHOULD GET WO FREE STATE TAX RETURNS

TurboTax errors - capital gains carryovers

TurboTax continues to be unable to accommodate a capital gains loss carryover when no tax is due on the return. It always reduces the next year carryover by -$3,000 and prevents filing with the override to correct this error. If no tax is due, the -3,000 capital gains entry is not needed and the full amount should be carried over to the following year. TurboTax handles this incorrectly for both Federal and state returns. Further, it makes you pay the $25 state filing fee before it tells you it cannot e-file the return (due to the above error). Please refund my $25 state filing fee since TurboTax was unable to e-file my state return.
