The people made the difference in useability

2024 was LESS intuitive and very difficult tom get pertinent answers from the HELP areas. However, the occasional use of your HELP phone kept me using TTAX. Thank you for that ability to reach a person - it made the difference.

Reliable and Trusted TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years and always feel comfortable with the software. I was disappointed when I could not load my 2024 TurboTax software onto my ten year old iMac because your product required macOS 13.0 and my iMac was stuck on 12.7.6, but I was able to reload the purchased TurboTax onto my MacBook Pro laptop without any issues. I was also able to load my 2023 tax info from the old desktop to my new laptop without any issues.

Another painless filing...

After many many Turbo Tax filings, we are pretty comfortable with the straight forward format of the software. The downloadable feature from financial institutions works excellent. I also like to start another return called tax planning, and I run through different situations to get ready for next year. This software is invaluable for transition to retirement with all of the what/if scenarios. Thanks Turbo Tax.

TurboTax is excellent. I have used it for years. I had some confusion and I used the available service for help. We resolved the issue and it was my problem. The help was great. I have recommended it others.
