Usually no problem, until this year

Everything was OK. I've used Turbotax for the past several years without issue. My tax situation is not complicated. Unfortunately, there were two errors that prevented me from e-filing this year. I could not correct them. The advice from the Community did not resolve the issue. So, I had to mail my taxes in this year. I even needed to come up with a workaround to print them.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
