IT's just not worth it

The product works, BUT it's just not worth the aggravation. My son used it first so he used his Intuit account and was able to pull up and compare last years taxes. The CODE would not work within MY intuit account I had to get his user name and PW and use his account to do my taxes, therefore I couldn't get last years taxes to compare OR my AGI number as the end. No one to call and talk to. Its JUST NOT WORTH IT> you don't listen or give me information I need

Great Product - Easy to Use!

I have been using TurboTax for many years and I have never had any difficulties. When I have had questions, I was able to quickly resolve them by purchasing your live, online tax advice. Your product is consistent, secure and easy to use. The Audit review feature instills confidence that the return is free of errors. The Audit Defense, which is an additional purchase, also provides a feeling that I am covered should an audit arise; much like an insurance policy.

Extremely Helpful Customer Service

We have been using TurboTax for years and the program makes it so easy when I have complicated information to import i just import and it puts all the information in the right locations. I had a problem with the program last week and we called theTurboTax help line. Taylor stayed on the call for an hour to work around a bug in the program where an unnecessary piece of information was keeping us from e-filing our return. She was very patient and VERY persistent until she was able to get us to the point where our return e-filed. We were extremely pleased with her. Taylor is very valuable to the TurboTax team.

Using Turbo Tax 2024 is not an easy process

Loading and using turbo tax this year was a nightmare. it took over an hour to load and it kept asking for money when i had already purchased the pkg and had a code to put in. Not having a disk made the process very time consuming. I had Miscellaneous Income and it kept wanting to put it on Schedule C and subsequently adding a Social Security payment. Three friends, who also used Turbo Tax this year, were equally exasperated by the program compared to prior years. What did you do with your programming?
