Terrible experience for filling taxes in WA state

Most of the links for help are broken and takes to Intuit site help home page
I am filing for WA state but tool gives error about working family tax credit. It took hrs to bypass that problem

TurboTax Downloads are Awkward and Terminology

The TT download of data from Fidelity is cumbersome. I had previously downloaded 1099s from Fidelity, but one document was still pending until March. When I went to download the single remaining 1099 from Fidelity, it unknowingly erased all the prior downloaded information from Fidelity. A warning or a caution of how a new download will remove all prior documents would be helpful. Also, the terminology surrounding an IRA contribution of "switched" is confusing when trying to determine if the Traditional IRA was "recharacterized" or "converted" to a Roth IRA.
