overall yhe software is good. but the search fuction is not as simple as i expected. the software always diectrec to the agent, which should be not necessary

Room for Improvement

Very useful, but room for improvement. I've been using TurboTax for many years, but there still are places where I have to go to the paper copies of the previous years to get info for the current you. Since you went into my previous file to get my personal info, I'd think you could get that additional info as well.

Very thumbs sideways here. Every year, it is the same things going wrong such as not asking me key questions in the interview, asking me to look up last year's AGI (which they already have, because I imported last year's TT file... And more. I mean, do they ever have someone like a programmer go through a whole return and find out what was left out?

Turbo Tax is the only reliable DIY software!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 50 years. The only noticeable improvement for me would be not having to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page after completing each section.
