RMD calculation Issues

Some of the sections related to RMD entries were unclear. The software erroneously calculated additional taxes due. I had to create an amended return and manually correct some errors.

I've been using Turbo Tax Premier for many years. My taxes seem to get more complicated every year with investments, rental properties & retirement. I feel confident with the questions they use to walk me through the process, and guidance they provide. I don't worry if my taxes are filed correctly or not, I know they are.

We love TurboTax and have used it for many years. This year we will get a big refund. Wish TurboTax program gave us the option to apply this year's refund to next year's taxes.

TurboTax is meh

As a tax filing software, it's good. But the user interface is terrible. There are boxes to check that are above the current scrolling box. It highlights the first radio button in a list like it's the default, but you still have to move to the radio buttons. One would think with all of the years they've done this, they would have gotten a decent User Interface / Experience person to sit down with them at list once. It found an error on some form. The summary of the Yes/No on the error was totally confusing. I went and found the form and the error had little to do with the summary.
