TurboTax should provide alphabetized charity list

The listing of charities copied from last year's return cannot be alphabetized. I have a long list of charities that has grown from year to year. Not having them alphabetized makes it harder to enter the data and makes the process more prone to errors. I have complained about this previously.

UNACCEPTABLE to charge $40 to process refund. The government does it free.
I will MAIL my returns and use another tax software next year.

extra add on charges excessive

The software purchase price is misleading. It doesn't include everything. I detest the add on charges for credit card convenience fee (give me a break), state return electronic submission fee, etc. Next year I will compare add on fees with other tax software companies.

The Turbo Tax software effectively walked us through each step for filing. We received useful tips along the way. We contacted Turbo Tax representatives by phone and received excellent support from Jeremy who patiently helped us get through the final steps of filing our Federal and California State taxes.
