Everything went well

Everything went well except for RMD. I had input an incorrect amount in RMD which required an explanation. When I corrected the entry, which did not need an explanation, the Explanation Form was not deleted. I had to correct the Explanation Form the "form view".

Hours of unnecessary work

All returns cleared of errors, but after selecting efile for Federal and State returns, my efile was rejected because my husband does not have a middle initial. You have caused hours of work and frustration to fix this. My credit card has been charged for state efiling even though I did not do efile in the end since my federal efile was rejected.

Can't Print!

I have a MAC and I could not print the return. I had to save as a pdf and then print it. I have not had to do this in the past. I have used your product since it's inception and have had no issues. Since this has not been fixed, I might choose to use another vendor in the future.

deceptive extra charges for state tax filing! deceiptful and sneaky and totally deceptive. i bought federal and state and I paid a lot of money and then I have to pay extra to file state
