I've been using TT since it was Personal Tax Edge. I know our taxes are done correctly, and electronic filing is a breeze.

long time user and the program is not any better then it was 10 years ago. it cost more and you have to down load the program

Turbo Tax is confusing

You guys make too many changes each year to the NEW Turbo Tax program. Each year I have to relearn a new system. eventually as I get older I will be forced to take my tax information to an tax accountant to figure my taxes. KEEP IT SIMPLE.

Used it for years, but this year it did not populate my schedule D with all the imported data from my financial institution. For some reason it did not pick up my dividend income. Got it straightened out quickly over the phone.

Very frustrating to have to call to get credit for free state return when actually preparing return the software asks if it should apply "Free" return. Grrrr:

Overall, very very good.

Overall, very very good. There are some issues that presented difficulty in doing the 2024 return, but I was able to overcome those. Also, there should be a better way to access editing a form. I was able to do that on one form, but not on another. It's rarely used but nice to know that it's there. I have been using TurboTax for many years and very happy with it overall.
