Great Tax Application with Major Printing Problems

I have been using TurboTax for about 25 years and I would always rate it a 5. This time it worked great and I easily entered everything. E-filing was perfect and the returns were accepted by Federal and State. The problem came when I tried to print my returns. I tried at least 20 time to print them. I took three calls to your helpline to solve the problem. The first call was over an hour and the agent tried everything to no avail. The second agent said she was also getting other calls about printing problems, but something in her system would not let her open my screen. The third agent was a genius, deserves to be commended and did a work around that I could never duplicate. I then printed my returns using her unorthodox method. She said there is some in your application that has problems getting MAC's to print. I recommend you let your software engineers know the problem exists and corrected it before next year's tax season.

TurboTax is the worst

Very unclear on why a new download is needed. Keeps tacking on fee after fee.
$60 for TurboTax Deluxe and another $45 to "upgrade" to Premium, another $50+ in fees to file.

Turbo Tax gets better and better

I have been using TurboTax as long as it has existed. It gets better each year. Some years I use it to check my tax attorney's work. My only criticism is that it didn't notice I live abroad when it proposed free Tax Audit protection which requires a US or Canadian filing address.

Review and Update on taxes

Software is intuitive and easy to use. I am an accountant (not a tax expert) and choose to have the system ask me the questions so that I get a review of prior tax law and an update of new items for anything I missed and possible future use. It's a mini class and when I'm finished, I feel confident in the filing.
