User Friendly Program

Turbo Tax is great except for the State cost

Very disappointed it cost an additional $15.00 for the state. Did not appreciate the tactics used to increase margins. I would rather pay more upfront than be surprised at the end of the program. I have been a loyal Turbo tax user for over 20 years. I would hate to switch to a different program. Please consider the user and not the stockholders in some of the decisions.

Great tax software - awful UX/UI changes

Please bring back the old UX/UI on the Interent/Dividen screen.
The new ICONs for each account is annoying. List view is needed.

I e-filed, and Turbotax says I have to mail in form 8949, but gives zero explanation what this form is.

Using TurboTax for Many Years - There is No Other!

Have been using TurboTax for from the mid 90's and it has gotten even better every year. I have no plans to switch to any other product.

Wish it was just a federal return

Didn't need an expert advice. I'd give it a 5 if it didn't include the state filing. Washington state does not have an income tax. It was annoying to be asked several times if I wanted to file my state return.
