TurboTax is Very Slow!

Not as user friendly as I would like and it's much too slow! My 12 year old HP Pavilion g series laptop could be factor but since TurboTax is my only use for this laptop I don't want to spend the money for a new one.

Pricing not transperant

Product is ok but pricing is wierd. No clear understanding on what's included and what's not. Also what is the difference between online and desktop versions

Good job Team! Works just fine. Sometimes, pop up explanations are a little cryptic, but the website helps.

Worse than before

This year's TurboTax is much worse than in the past. No import of CA state returns from prior years any more. Very disappointing. Almost missed state loss carry over because of this.

Turbo Tax has problelms

More difficult to use than in the past 20 years I have been using turbo tax. Especially the downloads from Charles Schwab. Information comes in not titled with an account number which requires you to put of the report on line and compare it to the Turbo Tax entry. Since i have multiple accounts, this take too much time to cross reference. Also kept showing me an error in the amount of NC withholding i correctly entered for Charles Schwab NC withholding. Unable to file until i deleted the correctly entered amount, which caused my NC taxes owed to increase by $1000. Very di

I have used Turbo Tax for years and never really had a problem but this year while trying to submit my taxes I had so many problems with Turbo Tax trying to add on fees for other things! This is horrible and should not be allowed!
