TurboTax let me down this year!!

I am really disappointed with the program this year and have lost a lot of confidence in TurboTax because it does not properly migrate the Federal tax loss carryover numbers from 2023 to the 2024 MA State return, and, it does not compare the 2024 estimated MA taxes paid with the actual MA taxes paid in 2023 to evaluate whether an exemption can be claimed for an underpayment penalty.

TT is not as good as it used to be!!!

I had difficulty loading last years data and called in for help.
the rep I spoke with told me that since I used a CD version last year and It was no longer available this year , I could not load last years data without having the disc.
This turned out to be totally incorrect, after numerous attempts I did eventually load the data from last year.
I had to fill out form 5329 and add an explanation.
when I went to print and review the return, the explanation section with all my wordage doesn't show or print.
VERY USER UNFRIENDLY!!!!

when in the az file hard to go back without some gyrations. when i have almost finished and want to go back to let us say 301 not able to.

Turbo Tax Is Not Ready for Prime Time!

It was not a very good experience for me this year. There was no CD so I had to download it. I took about 3 hours of effort and numerous codes. Once downloaded, there were numerous problems: for example, 1) RMD
(Required Minimum Distribution) I put $0.00 distribution because I get a monthly pension payment from a qualified pension plan, but I wonder if I'm supposed to report my annual pension; 2) when it came time to report my interest earnings, TT wanted me to report it twice then did not allow me to eliminate one; 3) Although I had $21 thousand worth of deductions, it did not allow for itemization, thus I only got the $16,550 standard deduction. There were many other problems. I think next year I will try something else for tax software. It was a terrible experience using this software. FYI, I am a very long-term user of TT.

Overall great as usual. Had an issue with the first computer. Had a lot of help with trying to solve the problem but ended up loading on a different computer to finish. The live help was excellent.
