TurboTax NEEDS TO FIX PRINT PROBLEMS

I have always liked Turbotax. It's been fine this year EXCEPT I have been unable to print my tax returns. The computer spins, I hear a popping noise, and it fails. I have seen other complaints on line for other Mac users that have the Turbotax Premier option (like me). I have been able to go to "forms" and then "save to pdf" and been successful...but this is a problem TurboTax NEEDS TO FIX. Ridiculous.

Great last year but confusing this year.

I couldn't get the app to download my previous filing from your app, so I had to do it manually, which was tedious. There was a 40-dollar charge to process even though federal filing was supposed to be free. Also the option to buy I-Bond was missing.

Turbo Tax is great!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it continues to make filing easy! The only issue this year was not having the Actual DVD Disc, so one time I had to remove and reload the software, but I was able to successfully do it with the help of a rep.

cannot paste password from password manager

For resetting the Intuit password, it would be VERY HELPFUL to allow a cut-and-paste of text. That way I can use a very secure password generated from a password manager
