Turbo Tax is Great!

2024 Full of Bugs

I had problems with installing the program this year, also problems with updates. It gave errors, it took multiple efforst and had to do manual patch updates/installation. This has not happened in the past.

Program Printing issues

I've used TTax for a million years and printing individual forms has ALWAYS been an issue. Too many "hoops" to just print a few selected "main forms" without having to navigate thru multi screen-pages -- and Not paper friendly for my printer. Also --- BRING BACK THE CD DISK OPTION FOR PURCHASE. Shows that Intuit is going CHEAP vs taking care of its clients!

The package is as good as in previous years but the current additional charges (live support on Premiere edition and "refund fee" (!!!!????) are way excessive

It gets the job done. Usually in review there are errors that I have to figure out what it needs on some line in a form, I thought that is what the software was for. Also, It is very very annoying that EVERY time I open the software to work on taxes, I have to wait through 3-5 minutes for updates. The software should be done when I buy it, why does it need to update every time I open it.
