TurboTax Works

TurboTax doesn't make doing taxes fun, but it doing them doable. Instructions and guidance are clear and effective. Uploads save a ton of time and avoid mistakes.

I have always had good luck with Turbo Tax and other than the issue with the Washington State section that I had to work around to submit the form.

POOREST TURBOTAX EVER IN OVER 30 YEARS

Poorest Turbotax I have had in over 30 years. Transmission errors, update errors, goes in a loop and Turbotax personnel tells me to reboot my computer. I did, didn't help. Whenever you get an update it says it is going to restart. No it doesn't. I am so upset with Turbotax this year that it may be my last year to use the product. No help, no answers, reboot. Right!

Good solid program

Easy to use. Great at downloading my investment files. Allows me to see why my bank accout number seemed different by making visible previous data. Done much quicker than before. I have used turbo Tax for more than 15 years. It seems to get better each year.
