Problem with financial institution downloaded docu

Turbo tax did not accurately accept the financial documents from my financial institution. As a result, I had to go to 97 entries and manually indicate whether they were short or long term investments

Frustrated with this years software

Lost all my work when closed expecting my work to be saved or ask to be saved. Kept hanging up when trying to pay using a credit card to file a state return and but would not let me escape out of the error message. Way to much asking for the same information over and over.

I have been using TurboTax for at least 12 years, and have been satisfied with my results each year. I especially like the ability to import documents from outside money management or payroll sources, so that I don't have to enter all of that information that I get on many sheets of paper manually.
