Overall, similar experience to that in previous years. Miss being able to buy a CD copy of the software. Miss simple table display of investment income and charitable deductions

TurbTax has become less intuitive over the years, not easy to find Help or a direct link to IRS docs

Fairly easy for those with basic returns. Anything more than just single person, single job, not disabled, etc., becomes considerably more complicated with each year

Include more info regarding safe harbor

I'd like to see more information about 'Safe Harbor' included in the software i.e. when/if it is applicable to the info I have input compared to last year's taxes, etc.
