Turbo tax for home and business

I have been using the product for many years and I like it. The major issue you have that I encountered was entering rental expenses. You have only hard coded options and you leave out "Condo fees" which is a major expense. I had to enter my fees in 'other taxes' because none of the other categories made sense. You need to fix this.

Surprise fee to process taxes. I believed that purchasing the software gave free filing for federal and had a small charge for state. i purchased the premium package probably for the last time.

1. had to update software twice before using.
2. had to go thru investment firm documentation for info to report states where municipal bonds generated income. then had to enter state info the second time (in edit mode) for some unknown reason
3. turbotax doesn't tell you upfront what documentation you will need to file. for example, prior year AGI, drivers license

The foreign tax credit screens are super confusing. If someone has a simple 1099 from Vanguard with an EM fund, make it easier!!
