Easy and step by step instructions.

Turbo Tax is easy and takes you through the tax filing process step by step. Just have your documents ready when you start, W-2, property tax, receipts, donations paperwork and any other paperwork. I have been using Turbo Tax for years without any problems.

Works great, Easy to follow instructions. I like the helpful retirement/IRA calculations section. I should get a discount for such an awesome review!

It is becoming a smoother process. Can't really remember where I had my concerns but I think I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years so understanding it a little more each year.

Room for improvement

Designating portion of refund to following year's taxes should be accomplished from the screen" "What do you want to do with your refund." That seems like a no-brainer. However, I had to dig around to find where to accomplish that.
