needs a calculator, and a WHAT-IF feature

TTAX user more than 30 years. I like 95% of TTAX. Back "in the day" we had a planning for next year, or what-if form for planning. That was helpful, bring it back. Irritating is the constant up sell, and the constant trying to sell me the e-mail of the state. I can do it free in our state, yet you program this to keep trying to forget checking the e-file and charge ten Dollars. STOP that crap. I know 80% of America is clueless about taxes, I happen to be an expert for many people and especially my own. Don't lump us all as idiots, please.

Love the "more info" feature on tax situations! If I didn't have access to last year's return to just update, it would be so burdensome I might have hire someone to do my simple tax return.

Questioning it's accuracy.

We have used Turbo Tax before, but this time, it left us questioning it's accuracy. It lacks transparency ~ and we couldn't get it to print the preview or the finial forms before or after we filed the e-taxes, to double check. We even updated our printer drivers. We had to save a copy to a PDF file to print after we filed.
