You will see TurboTax revenue going down the hill

Your softwares sucks! It is so hard to use. I am a software engineer with 25 years of experience and MBA from university of chicago. Imagine how hard it could be for averate user.

I truly dislike having to wait EVERY time for an update. Can't that be done before filing? I'm sure the answer is no.but ... I also thought I was buying Audit guarantee but inadvertently ordered live tax advice which meant I had to go thru the refund process involving a phone call and the loss of my $10 credit. (My bad for sure) By the way, your telephone response time and agent is Fantastic!

Turbo Tax Unreliable

Turbo Tax program has gone straight downhill. It is needlessly cumbersome to simple tasks. Multiple clicks to do 1 thing when only 1 is required. Also, the stability of the program is poor. My return got corrupted twice and i had to redo the return in entirety 3 times after i got help from tech support. Never before, in over 24 years of using your product have i had this much trouble with it. The phone support with your tech support reps was outstanding and helped get me back on track.

I always have to call for help. The representative had a beautiful speaking voice, helped me get started in a jiffy. I chose the option WALK ME THROUGH EVERY THING. It worked best for me.
