TT is fairly easy to follow. I was a bit complicated to download this year as opposed to other years. One side note of importance. I need to down grade from Premier to Deluxe and I have read from reviews that there is no way for Premier to transfer all my prior info to down graded Deluxe. That I have to manually reenter all my information if I buy Deluxe next year. That is unfortunate if true.

I've used Turbo Tax since the early 80's and been very happy with it. I've been audited twice and the information I needed was easy to find so I could respond to the IRS quickly.

Easy to use. Great that it automatically transfers previous information.
Only thing I don't like is that each time you open TurboTax, it asks you if you want to update to the latest version or settings. This takes several minutes and sometimes you want to just take a quick look at something. if you don't select the update, TurboTax shuts down. You should have a "don't update now" choice.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years, and it still amazes me how it works so efficiently. It's like having a tax consultant sitting right next to you. It even predicts and answers your questions before you ask. Keep up the good work!
