Turbo Tax is what I've used for many years

Won't use again next year....don't like reduction to only electronic filing and increase in overall prices.

I've used TurboTax (and it's predecessor MacInTax for all my tax returns for 40 years. I don't need to pay a fancy accountant or Tax Attorney.

There is confusion between the online version and the store-bought version. The instruction for the store-bought version is on the back page. Go back to the disk version. A real headache. Great online help.

TT problems

Good Help from Tech Support.
CD is easier and quicker to use(Customer since 2007). Software download requires tech support. Electronic transfer from Broker to turbo tax is in consistent. All info is not transferred. Had to delete and download manually(time consuming).

My TurboTax Experience

TurboTax did no request IP PIN when I was going through the process.
Found it at times to go back to previous pages to obtain information without losing the screen I was on which was requesting the information.
