Minor problems identified in the Federal Check took too long to find and fix....eg....Name of filer in case of death.

1. struggled with WA state tax filing requirement (there are no state taxes for WA state and yet TurboTax still asked me to go through the download cycle
2. I did purchase special help for $60. The experts were very helpful and friendly and were able to resolve any issues I raised (5 stars)

Turbotax was unnecessarily changed, It is not anywhere as good as the former versions of Turbotaxl

"help" could be improved. we have used turbo tax for several years. turbotax has improved somewhat but really helps to have the previous experience
