Credit card worthless!

Federal e-filling was great and worked very well.
The state tax e-file would not work at all ! Credit card info would lock up the whole computer. The only way to get out of it was to shut it completely down (off) Then restart! After the third try I only filed the federal, worked great. Way too much time spent for nothing!

Confusing-Switching Turbo Tax Products on Desktop

Please provide the tab to 'Switch Product' under the file tab rather than the help tab. It took a tech rep 2 hours to figure out how to load and use the Premium product, rather than the Deluxe product (we had both). It should be simple to locate when a family has more than one Turbo Tax product to use on the desk top.
