very disappointed

I have been using Turbo Tax since it was Parson's Tax Edge (1995). Very disappointed this year when it added a $40 refund fee to my return. Do not know if I will be using Turbo Tax ever again.

PC Version worse than 2024

2025 version is worse than 2024. Having to click through same screens over and over just to input a number. Too many times asking to import for each and every item when I already said I'd add numbers myself. The PC version lacks the ease of finding additional forms and the search mechanism is poor. Why should I have to sign in to search for a form! TurboTax is failing to keep it's PC version easy to use.

Tax return rejected due to not including IP PIN

The electronic filing system rejected my tax return not having an IP PIN included. The error message did not automatically show where to add my IP PIN.
I think the step by step process should have been asking a question to add IP PIN if available.

Overall good product. Sometimes clunky and difficult to return or review entered information, particularly on state return. Inadequate guidance on entering 1099 LTC (It should at least be covered when searching for a topic)
