TurboTax Good But Lacks Advanced Search and Help

As far as I can tell, TurboTax Premier is very thorough and complete. It has easy to follow instructions. I would like for the "Help" to provide linkages to IRS documents in addition to the help pages that are part of the software. I would also like the search to include search for forms and words in forms, instructions, etc. because search needs to be about more than TurboTax. The help provided through Search is pathetic.

I was disappointed that I could not file electronically because of my deceased dad's SS showing up on SS database as one for a deceased id. I do love the ability to download data directly from brokers.

Bugs in Software

I engaged with Marcie who was wonderful. She solved my problem. Don't add states that are not needed. You added Oregon and Washington states to a Washington resident. Washington has no state tax filing need and an Oregon state return should NOT have been added to a Washington resident return. This is the first time in 9 years this bug has happened. Made a 5 minute job take an hour with tech support to get those states removed.
