Great product, BUT Major Bug on Charitable Donatio

Overall TurboTax is good. I like that it compares info to prior years, which helps to show changes over time and also to identify potential missed info. However, there are major bugs in the questions related to charitable donations of appreciated securities. Info from answered questions does not get entered at all on the actual return. Even though you can list multiple donations for a single charity. Don't do it, because you will get a default 20% limit on the donations. You have to enter each donation as if to a different charity in order for the program to work. Online help from TurboTax was helpful, although they had not seen the issue previously. This bug should not exist.

TurboTax Problems

Print function does not work on iMAC (Turbotax 2024 for Mac)!!! I've seen that other users are having the same problem. I cannot understand how the direct print function is unavailable. (I had to save the forms and then print. Not good!!!)
Also, the RMD input screens are very confusing. This was not a problem last few years. If it's not broke don't fix it!!!

Turbo tax is alright. In many instances, some things imported needed to be changed. Not sure whose fault that was. Had to look up several things. Could make it a little more friendly.

I had a problem using my credit card and then e-filing my returns. Thank goodness you have an excellent technical support staff. They worked the problem through with me and we were able to e-file my returns. I was also able to use my credit card to pay the for e-filing of the state return.
