Glad I signed up for Expert Help

Everything was pretty straight forward. I did flag a few spots and your experts were able to answer my concerns. One thing that could be done better is when errors needed fixing it wasn't obvious where to find the error. Janee helped me find one, but that took a while. The second actually just needed me to check a box. But, the box was invisible so I didn't realize what it was asking for me to do. Again, this took a while.

difficulty with duplicate forms. Wouldn't submit until duplicates filled out and no way to delete partially filled duplicates.

TurboTax Advantage is great

TurboTax Advantage worked GREAT. It let me do my missed RMD.
BIG PROBLEM. I'm not able to put it in my favorites menu and there is no URL to copy. How do I find it next year?
When I bring up my list of TurboTax products, it only brings up my regular account even though I bought the Advantage account. Do I rebuy it each year?

Turbotax has become a terrible product

Turbo tax gets worse every year. Seems as if the company is trying to force me to pay extra for an upgrade. This used to be a great product. It has become frustrating.
