Not bad!

Again, was not able to switch to "Forms" this year!!
Had to resort to printing a PDF of return in order to review my tax forms!!! Sad!!

This year's version isn't up to past standards

I've been a long time Turbo Tax user and fan, but this year's version was unneccesarily difficult to use. I work from the menu where I chose the areas to work on myself, It was very difficult to toggle back to update or edit 1099 entries, The program kept jumping me back to the first menu instead of just letting me open an d edit a 1099 that I'd already entered. Also, the "learn more" sections were extremely brief and uniformative -- I'd swear you guys are trying to market the upgrade for tax advice.

Easy to use if you use it every year. Transfer of information, import option from investment account makes filing each easier.

Rethinking using TurboTax next year!

been using TurboTax to do tax returns since 2010. this has been the worst experience. the Step-by-Step was awkward in several spots. And its challenging to report any software bugs. The biggest problem I had was that the software did not handle required RMDs from an inherited Roth IRA correctly. The step-by-step did not ask for what the required RMD was. the back end calculations put in a made up penalty for not withdrawing the RMD...which didn't match any amount. I spent several hours trying to figure out what happened. and I had to solve the problem by going directly into the IRS forms to fix it.

Turbo Tax is outstanding

Your live experts are outstanding! Jenny from South Carolina was amazing. She found the solution my problem and question and she stayed with me to assure that all the things I needed to do to complete my tax form were correct! I also had an interaction with Ray from Massachusetts and she was equally helpful. I honestly don't now what would have done had they not held me. Keep the option available next year, please!

1099-Div, 1099-B

The changes to 1099-div, int and 1099-B ARE TERRIBLE.
The individual entries are very difficult to follow, edit and review. Was a lot easier before.
