TurboTax is easy to use

Fairly easy to use. I would like to see the bank account information carried directly to the state and allow a change if wanted instead of having to type it all in again. I know this works okay when e-filing both but until it is free to efile my state I am going to continue to print and mail. Why does this product update every time I use it? Even when I go in the next year (to see a particular filing that I did not save) it needs to run thru an update process. After I have already filed taxes, it continues to update. Why???

Been using TurboTax Premier longer than I can remember. It always works for me so I continue to use it.

Product is OK. Think some of the bells ans whistles are necessary and confusing. Get rid of the rip off $40 filing option "RPF"!

Cumbersome and expensive

Interview is very difficult to navigate. Example: worthless security with no 1099 (8849 box F). Phone support kept talking about 1099 and proved useless. Community suppport is outdated - TurboTax changes UI and doesn't monitor/mark community advice. Forms are not readily editable.

Liked the 23' format for entering information form forms 1099 I, D and B a lot better. I did not like the change that was made for 24'
