TurboTax aggregates data and provides form-view

Import feature is very useful and is the primary reason i continue to use the software. Also the forms and schedules allow me to review the e-filed copy in 'standard' print format.

It is a very simple and very easy to use tax software. There is less error and the tax refund is fast.

Turbo needs to get their upgrade act together!!

Upgrading from Deluxe to Premier was a real hassle. W/hy should I have to call Turbotax to get the upgrade when I can pay for e-filing of my State returns without talking to anyone? Had to file twice to get a refund on the Deluxe edition even through the Turbotax operator could see my screen as said I did everything correctly when I submitted for the refund the first time.
