WA State Taxes Error

It kept telling me I had to file state taxes for Washington state. We don't have state income tax. It even told me I couldn't file federal because I had to file state, and if I tried to file a blank state, it was going to charge me $25. I eventually went back, took it off of filing, and continued through even though it said I couldn't.
Figuring out how to do PFMLA from a job with no W-2 for this was also challenging.
