turbo tax printing issue

I have used turbo tax for many years and have loved it but this year I can not print my returns. This is the first year that I had to download the software and didn't have a disc.

Turbo Tax is Good but Could Improve the IRA Area

Overall it was easy to use, but there were some parts where the questions were a little confusing, and hard to determine how to answer. This was mainly in the areas of inherited IRA's, and the situation where you have multiple IRA's but don't take the RMD from each IRA.

Turbo Tax is definitely easy and the best

Makes filing taxes easy. I have used Turbo tax for many years. A small issue this time was the using of the step-by-step process for social security information. Last year, I needed to file two 1099 R for my spouse, which required to use a work sheet to complete. This year however the program had a glitch, which would not allow me to enter her one 1099R form received from SSA. Had to call your tech people on this one. Hopefully next year will be easier.
