Slower response time than in previous years and there was no CD this year and that sucks.

Nightmare!

Purchasing and loading the software was a nightmare. It took 4+ hours, locked up and had to reload. Software is difficult to work with and move within the areas. Purchased a second state, computer locked up, had to shut down, lost returns and had to reload and redo return! Software slow! GO BACK TO PROVIDING CD's. Think about providing service to your customer base which should be you first prioity; not saving a few bucks or increasing margins; Charge accordingly!

Full of glitches

Leads you into blind alleys with no significant explanation. Wants to upsell you. Refused to print the lead page on the federal return, the page with instructions on what to include. Turbo Tax is a little worse each year.

I had a problem with importing from Fidelity Investments. Support could not help me at first because I had a problem with my password. After going back and working on it the problem was solved.
