Federal Tax Return was rejected.

Federal Return missed the IP PIN input so the return was rejected. Had to go back and input myself and resend. Not happy!!

once a section is completed it would be less time consuming if one did not need to go through all sections to move onto the next section.

Glitchy this year

very glitchy this year. had to uninstall and reinstall to start using. as always had to do a work around for a small taxable pension with 1099 taxable amount not entered. has crashed several times while using. had to go back to federal and enter property tax, which said not required, to show up on state.

Overall the program works very well. We have recurrent problems with downloads from financial firms involving OID entries and data involving bond sales.
