Still a Work In Progress

Simple question and answer is extensive but still produces errors that defy logic and prove difficult to correct. MLPs are still challenging for the program. Trying to correct manually creates multiple blank entries that must then be deleted at the end for eFile to work. It remains the industry standard so it's the best we've got but can't give it 5-stars because fixing the little problems is challenging and time consuming.

Very easy to use. But charging to e-file for a state that requires a paper copy stil is wrong.

Turbo Tax is starting to be more complicated than it needs to be. I have had to help several people who are using Turbo Tax because of more than complicated format. I think it is because Intuit wants to make for money for its CEO and other top officials so they can travel in their private jet, chauffer autos and the like benefits.

TurboTax is a mixed bag accuracy wise

TurboTax made a serious error in how it calculated my tax liability. I'll have to now make a separate estimated tax payment on the IRS's website. I was hoping for better given how expensive the software is. I'll be exploring my options next year when tax time comes again.
