TurboTax is below average

Not as good as it has been in the past, especially when downloading and accessing tax forms and info from investment firms, ie, E-Trade. I have used Turbo Tax for the last 10 years, and I will probably switch to another company next year.

Had a little problem with my State, Form MO-A. Section C is for Social Security or Social Security Disability calculations. Disability benefits SP was set to ZERO, and in line 2y & 2S were also set to ZERO. I had a callback from one of your agents, and she was able to find my error. She had me delete the ZERO's from line 2Y & 2S.I was then able to continue with my state form. It saved me a trip to H#R B.

I never used other tax return method for the last 20 plus years and I don't have any comparison.

Some forms are generated automatically. Turbo tax asked questions about those forms, but I was unable to answer the questions because I was unfamiliar with those forms.
