Where's AI?

This should not be required. Enough hoops to jump for this year's Turbo Tax. By now you should be including some AI to help with sticky points, not charging extra fees to get on-line help. I miss the disk.

Turbo Tax - Big Bucks, Lots of Yucks!

I have used your product, on a Macintosh computer, for MANY, MANY years! This year was the worst! Poor product delivery this year Intuit! No CD (for archive purposes) Desktop version WOULD NOT PRINT from within software, State software (AZ) could not handle Energy Efficient Purchase forms - some had to be downloaded from the AZ.gov website, Import from my brokerage account had a very weird login message (totally strange!)... just to name the most aggravating!

Program Errors

the program in incorrectly using form 8995 instead of 8995-A causing the IRS to reject the efile. There is a check box on the QBI Deduction Summary that ould have changed to the correct form but the program woudl not allow me to uncheck it. I am thus forced to print and mail a hard copy. The program also included a $100 REIT dividend from Sch K-1, BUT I did not enter any K-1 information.
