Wasn't told to enter IPP and now I have to refile!

Worst tax filing system

Worst tax filing system I have ever used.
Constantly required updates with complicated steps and no live help.
Even after purchasing Premium, I still had to pay another $100 to file my taxes. Charging $25 per state to e file is outrageous.
Turbo tax did not help me save a single thing.

Turbo Tax Has Issues to Fix

I had problems with Non-residents State Tax forms for GA and getting the information entered into the right worksheet. I saw several complaints about this online and it does not appear Turbo tax has fixed this issue. I didn't have this issue last year. I have been using Turbo tax for more than 30 years.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
