Making an unpleasant task bearable

While tax preparation, submittal and payment is not pleasant Turbo Tax makes it bearable. Since I've retired and because of President Donald Trump Tax Cuts my taxes are somewhat simpler. I like the feeling of security from audits and mis-interpretations that Turbo Tax provides.

The changes made to adding stock and investment information is more difficult this year, otherwise everything else was great. I also wish once you started the "walk me through" portion of either the income or deduction section, it would just flow through each detailed section vs having to select each item.

Program will not print!! BEWARE!!

Tax program itself is ok. The problem starts when you want to print your return. It won't print! You can e-file, no problem, but if you want to print a copy for your own records, which you simply must do, you are out of luck! Maybe it's just because I'm using a mac computer, but they wanted me to pay $60 for tech support, which I refused to do. I should not have to pay to solve their program problems! I will not use Turbo Tax next year.

Awsome! But STILL CAN''T SORT CHARITIES!!

Really easy to use. The inability to sort Charities during the updating is MADDENING! After I get all my records sorted I have to search 5 pages of random order (actually order of creation) Charities to find each entry.

Print function does not work

The process of creating the returns is excellent and has improved from last year. However, the Print option is not working. I need to save it to a PDF and then print it. When I select the Print Return option it spins for a while and then stops. This has happened with two returns I have prepared.
