Turbo tax Printing problems - won't do it

Good for filling in the data and filing; but , bad for printing. The app would NOT print. I am using it on a Mac. Never had printing problems before. And I can print from all other apps on my Mac, just not this years (2024) version of turbotax.

Problem with greyed out .tax files

I had little problem, but my spouse had problems transferring last yeas information to the new return because it was easily overlooked when she started and there was no way to add it after she get started on her current return.

Bad information on refund

Charges for having Federal refund sent direct to my bank were not clearly spelled out and were higher than expedted. Never again. I consider this misleading and near fraudulant.

Suggestion for improvement

Have used Turbo Tax for years. This year, I could not efile the Federal Return because Turbo Tax kept returning me to fix what the system thought was an error. I have 2 W-2's from the same employer but the figure entered in box 12A was different. The system kept telling me to delete the duplicate W-2. I was going to just print the return to mail but I had already paid to efile the state. I ended up deleting one of the w-2s. It was tax free income, but now I will probably get a letter from the IRS. My suggestion is don't charge for the state filing until it is clear the federal return has nothing preventing it from being efiled.
