Newness of design confusing.

I had to take over for my partner, but I can understand why she needed help. Confusing new design. One reason was after importing from Schwab and then at checkout there were "errors" found (needing to know RMD amount and such, leading to believe Schwab goofed). Another is printing out the form that the IRS will receive. Couldn't ever find that option. Maybe there, but couldn't find it. Don't have time to tell you about others.

Printing needs debugging.

The only problem I had was printing from the program. When I asked it to print the program ran a bar back and forth a few times and then continued on as if I had not asked to print. It did not go the the step to select a printer. The only way I could print was to save the return in pdf then print.
