Turbo Tax feels less trustworthy

I have used Turbo Tax software for years and felt it to be reliable - this year the language in the questions asked seemed awkward and not as clear and straight forward. By the time I finished - I found myself wondering if there is better tax software available.

A lot of issues

I had trouble downloading and installing the premier version. had trouble using the program, it would skip over some questions. Then some questions a box would already be checked off and could not be unchecked. Have been using turbo tax for over 30 years never had this much trouble. Do not know if I will use it next year.

Turbo tax is very poor as it will not print.

Product will not print returns as designed Had to go through work-around with intuit help. Filed complaint and to date, there is no help.
