The online tools were very helpful, and I liked how it can guide you through the return and prompt you to review certain areas. I feel confident that I did not miss any deductions. However, last year and this year I had an issue with submitting payment through TurboTax for the charges to complete the state return. It brings up a payment window however the window is partially blocked out so you cannot continue or process the payment.

No issues this year, as the Standard Deduction and electronic downloading of information from my investment manager makes the job easy.

Please don't charge for the state return.

Overall it is a great program. I'm very disappointed that you are now charging for state returns instead of giving 5 free state returns with the purchase of the federal Turbo Tax
