Why is the printing not working this season?

I used to have no problems using Turbo tax, but both this year and last I had the same issue with one of the step-by-step topics failing to function at all, forcing me to go to FORMS in order to enter data. I HATE FORMS!!!
I'm otherwise very satisfied with the product. Would have been five stars but for this one issue.

Turbo Tax Expert Marie was So great!

Marie was the MOST kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful Turbotax expert ever! She provided so much valuable assistance to allow the completion of tax return for my Mother. Neither of us have ever had such a wonderful experience with customer service. Thanks Marie!!
